Looking for a Deckhand, Delivery Crew or Mile building position

Hello! I am very new to yachting, but I am looking to work on charter boats that have a smaller crew, but I am very open to any position on any size boat. I have experience as a Sailing Instructor on a lake, and I have raced sailboats for 6 years on Sunfish, Escows, M15s, and I-20s. Eventually, I would like to have enough experience to charter my own boat on the ocean, so I am also open to spots like first mate.
