Looking for a Voluntary work position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work. I'm mostly looking for an Atlantic crossing, but I'd be happy to do shorter Mediterranean passages or yacht delivery.
I have a sailing license, experience as competent crew on the Mediterranean and inland waters (Poland). I am very eager to learn more about navigation, maintenance, sail handling.
