Looking for a Friendship, Competent Crew or Novice Crew position
Hi, there! Inês here, a 34-year-old Polish/Portuguese sailor based between Warsaw and Lisbon, available December 2026 – January 2027 in Madeira and the Canary Islands. I hold the Polish yachtsman licence with ~100 hours at sea on the Baltic Sea. Comfortable at the helm, on sail handling and on watch; happy to cook and share galley duty. I haven’t sailed with a crew since 2009, so I’m rusty and keen to get back into it. I learn quickly, I’m happy to take on any job aboard, and I’m used to hard physical conditions from winter hiking. Fit, easygoing and used to cold, wet hiking, so a bit of weather doesn’t scare me. Looking for coastal or inter-island passages of 2–10 days; flexible on dates. I can join on the Baltic coast, Lisbon, Funchal or the Canaries.
