Looking for a Novice Crew position
Hello helloooo everyone :)
I'm Inés, a 24 year old doctor from Spain, currently in Ethiopia, where I'm working and gaining experience in a hospital.
I've always been drawn to travelling, adventure and discovering the world in a different way. I love mountains, trekking, meeting people from different cultures and getting off the beaten track.
This summer I had my first sailing experience, spending 10 days aboard a boat with Paolo, exploring the Aeolian Islands. It was a short experience, but it made me want to learn much more and eventually take part in longer passages.
I'm currently available and open to joining an Atlantic crossing, but I'm also interested in other routes around Africa or anywhere else in the world. I'm flexible with destinations and routes, as my main goal is to gain sailing experience, learn as much as possible and spend more time at sea.
I'm still a beginner when it comes to sailing, but I'm enthusiastic, responsible, adaptable and very willing to learn and get involved in all aspects of life on board. I'm also a doctor, so I can bring medical knowledge to the crew.
I'm also open to medical opportunities along the way. If anyone knows of a doctor position or a medical volunteering opportunity abroad, I'd be very interested in hearing about it!
