I am looking forward to a long-term or freelance Chef/Mate/Stewardess position on board on a sail yacht.
One of my main goals is to continue to grow in my career as a chef, and to learn more about Sailing. I have been in the yacht industry for at least 10 years around the world, I became a Chef 3 years ago on Term Charter Sailboats in the Caribbean.
I prepare an abundant variety of Raw foods such as, Ceviches, Sushi, Sashimi, Wraps, Rolls, Curries, Sauces, Dips, Pastas,Noodles, Raw cheeses, Juices and Smoothies, Raw Fermentation, Salads, Deserts, Breads, and recipes that provide a huge variety of mouth-watering Appetizers and Entrées. My favorite international cuisine preparations are Caribbean, Mexican, Indian, American, Italian, French, Greek, Chinese, and Thai.
As a Chef I provide high quality and healthy dishes that are satisfying my guests and crew.
I am positive, honest, responsible friendly, and respectful. I love spending time in the Ocean and the beach, Sailing, Surfing, Swimming, and Snorkeling. I also love, walking, Yoga, Meditation, Studying, Reading ,Playing and listening to music.
There is nothing more beautiful than a sunny day.
