I am currently looking for a great new opportunity as a Captain on a 20m - 30m motor yacht or Mate on a larger vessel. If the vessel is used for Charter, then this is something that I am highly experienced in and very capable of managing. I am a very professional, hands-on and safety-conscious individual, who is very willing and flexible to whatever is required. I am constantly trying to develop myself and always willing to learn. Offering exemplary customer service is something that I am very passionate about and genuinely care about. Managing a team is also something that I am very experienced in and always try to help my colleagues develop themselves and them enjoying their role is something that is very important to me. Charter Operations and Project management is also something that I have a lot of experience in.
