Currently seeking a new position on either a sailing or motor yacht
I am passionate about yachting, an adventurous traveller and love all things maritime. I believe that I would be an asset to any yacht crew as I am highly motivated, work well unsupervised or with a team, paying careful attention to detail. I am an adept learner who is able to function in a fast-paced environment and I am eager to grow and enhance my skills in the yachting industry. Easy going with an active, healthy lifestyle and a great sense of humour.
Having freelanced in the South African Film Industry in the Production Office and in the role of Child Minder for many years, this has given me vast experience with regards to being extremely organised and highly skilled in admin, working under pressure, looking after groups of children as well as interacting with multinational guests.
My aim is to work my way up the ranks from Deckhand to a Master position in the future. That being said, I am always very happy to help out in all departments and going the extra mile.
When I am not out on the water, my hobbies and interests include, running, hiking, yoga, gardening, beach days, swimming, reading, leather work and sewing.
