Sailing. Exploring. Island hopping.…….
Most of my sailing has been in the Med and the UK, although I also have some experience on longer legs, and in more exotic places. I have RYA Day Skipper Practical & Theory plus Competent Crew, and RYA Powerboat 2.
I started sailing in 2011 on flotilla holidays, and have progressed from there. Sailing is something that from an early age, I knew I wanted to learn. Now I really wish I’d learned sooner :0)
At present I am keeping my eye out for sailing opportunities in The Mediterranean/ Europe. I very much enjoy the easy lifestyle, exploring and island hopping, with the warm sun and sea.
I’m a positive and easy going person, who is happy to go with the flow, but who is well organised and forward thinking. I feel I make an enthusiastic and reliable crew member, and when needed, a confident skipper who is always learning more. I can cook and I speak a little Italian.
When I’m not sailing I like to be with friends or family, having a giggle and a glass of something, or running, tennis/ yoga. I also have a few interests.
