I am in search of a new position as a Chef aboard a vessel in which I'd be able to use my 8+ years background in yachting combined with many years in the hospitality industry to create an exceptional sailing season providing great-tasting cuisine and an exciting, warm atmosphere for owners, guests, and crew alike. I am willing and eager to aid in all aspects both below and above deck while simultaneously catering to personal taste in the galley. I enjoy cooking with Fresh Mediterranean/Asian flavors but am capable of various global cuisines. I truly enjoy using local produce and products as much as possible. sourdoughs and pastas from scratch!
I have a passion for sailing and adventure and am seeking a vessel that exhibits the same enthusiasm. Experience in long-distance passages and remote provisioning. Keen diver, photographer, and outdoor enthusiast.
