My name is Gerardo Martin, some people call me Gerardo and some people call me Martin.
I'm 34 from Córdoba capital - Argentina and at the moment I'm in the UK.
I am a traveler and an adventurer who has been walking on my way for the last 7-8 years.
I’m a patient, friendly and reliable person who likes to help other people and I'm very willing to help out in any way I can, happy to learn new skills to perform the job in the best way possible for you.
I would like to learn new jobs on board and Crewbay is an excellent opportunity to continue the develop of my sailing skills and broaden my knowledge.

My skills include being a good cook, a good painter, do preventive maintenance, general house keeping, hospitality, etc.
I'm good at cleaning and organizing.
My qualifications: Responsibility. Excellent in relationships, teamwork, perseverance, planning and discipline.
I pride myself on being the kind of person who, if explained well the first time, can perform my duties without issues or supervision.
I have worked on a 75 ft motor yacht in Malaga, Spain. That was my first experience on board, I was helping doing cleaning, maintenance, cooking and welcoming guests.
I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in Portuguese, fluent in English, intermediaan Italian, learning French.
I have had the opportunity of do volunteering jobs in Argentina, Paraguay, Brasil, Mexico, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Italy, France, England, Spain, Morocco, Romania, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Scotland, Wales.
Crewbay is a great idea to connect people that loves sailing, as well as an amazing way to discover the world.
I'm a avid chess player and I have lots of other interests as well.
