Hi I am qualified up to Coastal skipper and have completed well over 20,000 sea miles, both coastal and off shore, including a good proportion of night sails. I am happy to carry out any duties onboard in order to ensure safe and enjoyable sailing either short handed or as a member of a larger crew, in a relaxed and competent manner.
I normally sail for 4 to 6 weeks a year in Scotland and try to crew for sailors who are exploring parts of the world where i would like to sail. Ive completed a number of blue water trips inc South Africa to Brazil via St Helena, Stockholm to Turkey both ways, the canals of France, Copenhagen to Iceland to name a few.
I retired early am physically fit with an outgoing personality available all year round from short trips to Atlantic crossings, deliveries, as crew, or with friends, please feel free to contact me for a chat
