Hi ......well in addition to my former post I have had the privilege to have worked the past 4 yrs on the SV Kwai. What a life changing job. In addition to being the cook on board I was also provisioner for the boat. We have a small crew but when in Kiribati I found my self cooking for up to 80 passengers at times. It is time for a new adventure and I hope to hear from some of you.........I started working on live aboard boats two years ago and loved it. Have sailed SE Alaska and the Pacific off the Baja California Sur. All of our trips were between 4 and 16 days. As a chef on board I took care of our guests which was up to 30 people and crew as well. I am looking to join another live aboard. I have over 25 years of culinary experience and dietary studies.
