Mr Ross Davenport
I’m an outgoing, friendly, fit and strong, non smoker passed the mid life crisis stage, family have moved on (son in Navy, daughter in Europe) and am ready myself for another career: Sailing the Med (as can be seen by my email address). I have sailed and loved the outdoors since my teens, have crewed and cruised the coasts of America, South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. Years ago I was a hippie, now I do city and have a little business in property. I am happy; a philosopher. Life is short. A mate died recently who didn’t know he was going to die tomorrow (a multimillionaire); but I do. So I gotta get out. Domestic life is ok, but it’s not living. I’ve travelled the world a couple of times, now I want a boat to do it with. I am humorous and witty and can hold a decent conversation on many subjects. My degree is from USA. I've done the courses and now need sea time to further qualify. I can cook a bit but not to entertain. I am a natural teacher and commander; a people person and work well in a group or individually, and I take instructions well; and I’m looking for the next great adventure. Bring it. Invite me.
My maritime CV for your perusal and entertainment.
