Looking for a Novice/Competent Crew | NZL > French Pacific Island
Hi, I just finished my thesis and now I'm travelling around the New Zealand by bike. I'm looking for to come back in France by sailing in several halts.
I'm interested in joining a amateur/competent crew to share good time and sailing experience.
I have no offshore experience. However, I have good knowledge in onshore sailing (races) on dinghies (optimist, laser and 420), windsurfs (wave and raceboard) and sport keelboats (open 5.70 and class 8). I'm also sailing instructor for 8 years.
Knowledges: sewing machine (making and repairs), composites (design and repairs), rigging preparation and optimization (splicing,...).
Before the departure, I can participate in the preparation of the boat (fairing, diverse works,...).
