I just arrived from sailing the Caribbean in different boats for six months. I started in Mombassa, kenya, in October. cross the Atlantic, from Marbella to El Jaddida, via La Línea, Las Palmas, Cape Verde, to San Martin. I have worked in different boats, all sailing, cooking, cleaning and ordering and also, helping in navigation, mooring, anchoring and night watches. I have the STWC and ETB1 and I prepare the title of food manipulation; PADI open-waters also. Mediterranean, Italian and wok cuisine. I love sailing and motor y sailboats. I have good disposition and I am very accustomed to living on board and work in equipe. I am a easygoing person and quiet.
The responsibilities include:
1.-preparation and organization of menus; Appetizers, breakfast, meals, dinner and cups. Shopping and handling of the food and its conservation; service of attention, beverages and meals to clients of charters and guests.
2.- cleanliness internal and outside of ship, cabins and baths. Order and organization of spaces and dependencies.
3.- decoration tables and care of plants.
4.-castings and change of sheets and towels.
5.-asitencia in the navigation: mooring, anchoring, ports and marines. Guards night. Communication radios in ports and marine. Sooo Applications of moorings. Checking in and out. Control of levels of water and batteries. Filling of tanks of water and gasoline.
Experience in seasons before: sailing and navigation in the Mediterranean: balearic islands and Sardinia. Barcelona and levante coast in charters and boats private.
Health: insurance doctor of assistance in travel.
Not I have allergies nor I suffer disease some. Not I suffer bad of sea.
