Competent Navigator
Back in the day used sextant, RDF (radio direction finder) and DR (deduced reckoning) to navigate the Caribbean
Capable with OpenCPN running on Android Smartphone and Windows. Shockingly good navigation software, at least for US waters
Slight familiarity with Raymarine Lighthouse OS. The maps and/or GPS in US waters were not as accurate as OpenCPN running on a $10 Android phone
Competent Mechanic
