Hola!!
after I have been introduced to sailing by some friends in New Zealand and they have taken me out on the open ocean I was hooked!! I fell in love of the swell, wind in the sails, climbing up the yards, setting sails in full glory and wind ofcourse :P
I really enjoy sailing, it's a big passion I want to continue building more and more experience, with ending up eventually buying my own boat. I ask you to teach a young, energetic and highly motivated sailor, and take me as your apprentice. Of course I know all the basic knots and terms, as I've done a bit of sailing already!!
About me: been travelling the streets of Middle East and Asia, Europe and Oceania for the past 2 years. time for a switch, taking the seas would allow me to go ANYWHERE and not having to take flights at all, dreamlike. I am an independent guy that appreciates nature and people. meeting people is a big thing in my life, helped me a lot along my way of finding myself. I don't consider myself the odd-young-sitting-in-front-of-the-TV typ of guy. I like getting out there, experiencing LIFE and truly LIVE it!
learning is living for me. sailing is the next thing I'd want to know everything about, from walking The Plank to celestial navigation with the sextant!!
you will have much more than a watchkeeper on board if you take me with you! I can scrub that old deck too :P but then enjoy a beer on anchor later.

UPDATE: At the moment looking for a boat somewhere along the coast of Colombia to Panama, looking to build experience, having a first time crossing the Pacific! Towards Polynisia - Australia. Preferable around March (ending of the cylcone season in the Pacific Islands) I look to learn, enjoy at the same time. Give me a little instruction to get to know your misses and I'll be treating her like she was mine: with care, respect and mostly Love!
