Looking for sailing from the Philippines (Volunteering positions)

Dear Captain,

I am Margaux, and I left my home in October 2016 with my boyfriend in an adventurous trip around the world. We hitchiked so far 60.000km by land from France to SE Asia, and now we want to find volunteering positions on sailing boats.
We have been volunteers many times in our trip, from hostels to farms, houseworks, baby-sitting and sailing boats.

So far, we have approximately 3100 nautical miles experience with 3 different monohull vessels.
1st experience: coastal sailing from Langkawi to Tioman island.
2nd experience: sailing from Tioman to Hong Kong, 14 days on full sails
3rd experience: sailing from Hong Kong to the Philippines (papaya cove).

No sea sick. Good deckhand and cooker (mostly vegetarian and french cuisine).
Previous job in pharmaceutical industry - can provide first aid help onboard.
Excellent help for the night watches (previously sailed by night through the Malacca and Singapour straits, avoiding collision course with fishing boats, tankers and tugboats).

Familiar with:
- Chart system (Raymarine and Furuno)
- Putting/Droping/Reefing the main & head sails
- Tacking / Jibing
- General maintenance (diesel engine, electric board, wood varnishing)
- Rationalizing ressources (water, electricity...): having shower with the rain, washing dishes with sea water ...

We are not looking for fancy cruise but eco-minded and minimalistic people. We don't smoke, and don't drink much (but we like to enjoy a beer sometimes!) - so we would prefer to find a captain who is not drunk every couple of days...
Because of our way of life / travel, we don't enjoy fancy restaurants/bars in marinas/resorts. If you want to, it's more than OK but just accept that we won't. We prefer to cook our own food, or going in local places, and explore islands by hiking and snorkeling.

About money: we don't join sailing trips with all expenses that have to be shared. This is not fair in our opinion because we follow owner's route plans, Captains decide when to turn the engine on, and we work as volunteers on board. We would rather find people covering also for food, but we are open for discussion, we can participate for that. Of course we cover our personal travel cost as visa etc.
Like you, we want to find people to get along well to spend a good time on board, I think it's the most important thing!

See you!...
