Friendship positions welcome
⛵️ Hey sailors! Friendly, thoughtful, and adventure-ready crew looking to join your journey
Open to opportunities to sail from end of November/beginning and mid December '25.
I’m Margo, a London-based ex-IT project manager on a career break, travelling the world and looking to reconnect with something real.... and salty. I’m hoping to join a vibrant, easygoing boat of good humans on a cruising mission— the kind who love exploring, cooking together, laughing over sunsets, and sharing the kind of conversations that leave you a little changed.
I’ve got some sailing experience, an adventurous spirit, and a passion for warm air, wild swims (in warm water ;-)), and freedom. Happy to join a cruising adventure and contribute with good energy. But need to also be honest - not looking to be anyone’s cleaner, therapist, or boat maintenance expert.
What I bring:
A month of Med cruising experience
A calm, grounded presence, rarely seasick
Fluent in English & Russian
Comfortable on camera
I don’t snore ;-))
I can help with shopping, basic cooking, dishes, cleaning.
Happy to contribute to costs – let’s chat about what’s fair for your setup and what i can afford
Vibe I’m seeking:
A warm, curious crew who enjoys connection, laughter, and exploring,
Coastal cruising and island-hopping preferred over long and offshore passages (but flexible if the destination’s worth it!).
People who enjoy sunsets, swimming, music, chilled pace, and a bit of soul in the journey
Ideally I’d have my own cabin (I’m tall — 180cm!), but open to adapting if that’s not possible.
I am offering friendship and shared sailing experience, not "voluntary work"
When
Open to opportunities from end of November/December 2025
Where
Anywhere warm at that time of the year. Caribean and South America are top choices. But i could also consider flying to another part of the world for the right trip!
If you’re putting together a good-spirited crew who loves life and wants to share the magic of the sea — I’d love to hear from you.
Drop me a message, and let’s see if we vibe.
