My career in high-end hospitality, tourism and catering spans over 3 years in a
variety of settings; from my beginnings in award winning hotels and restaurants in
South Africa. one season in the yachting industry.
I am very passionate about all styles of services from elegant fine dine, family platter styles to the more fun and simple serves like brassier, café and of course BBQ, after all we all gotta eat.
It is important for me to provide the best consistent service possible. I also pride myself on my continues thirst for accruing new knowledge of types cuisines such as cultural cuisines for eg. French, Italian, Thai, japanese, American, Mediterranean just to name a few.
i got up to date STCW 95, power boating l2, PDSD, food and safety l2 for boats and land, and as well as city and guilds chef diploma.
I am very ambitious and pride myself on my attention to detail in all that I do. I am
confident, friendly, passionate, flexible, eager to travel and learn and a pleasure to
work with.
I would be very grateful for this opportunity so that I can be in an environment
where I can continue to grow and learn and hone the skills that I already acquired
thus far. Nutrition is one of the most things for me in my work and my life, healthy food, health life.
