With over 35 years of professional maritime experience spanning both motor and sailing yachts, reinforced by a strong background in merchant navy service, I bring comprehensive expertise in vessel command, operational management, and crew supervision.

My calm and composed leadership style, combined with clear communication and effective team management, has consistently ensured smooth vessel operations and a high level of guest satisfaction. My sailing background includes 11 years as a skipper on centerboard dinghies, 5 years of yacht racing, and command of a 35m ketch-rigged motor sailer. This diverse experience has honed my seamanship, adaptability, and ability to manage both crew and vessel under varying conditions.
I am fluent in English, Russian and Turkish (native), allowing me to work efficiently within multicultural crews and ensure seamless communication onboard. Currently based in Istanbul, I hold a valid Schengen visa (valid until 28/07/2026), B1/B2 visa (valid until 17/04/2029) and UK visa (valid until 22/03/2034) enabling immediate availability and flexibility for travel and deployment.
