I'm a chef with 7 years experience in hospitality and 1 season as a Sole Chef on a 34m Charter Boat, I have a huge passion for traveling and different cultures and have aquired a very good knowledge in French, Italian, and Asian cuisines, that I acquired during a few seasons in Corsica, South of France, and in Australia.
