Looking for the right wind, delivery, passage, transit, adventure or any sailing opportunity
Hi, I am looking for a way to escape, to break out of my current life, just "being" aboard - preferred in Europe, but for sailing deliveries or expeditions worldwide of course.
I have got a RYA day skipper certificate and in recent years it has been sufficient to rent sailing boats in Croatia. I have been sailing also at Lake Balaton in Hungary since I was a child - I have there an Albin Vega too. I sailed about 2-3000 NM, so I can help with many things on board.
I consider myself - and most will agree - a good natured people person who gets along well with all walks of life. I am 42 years old - family, 2 daughters and I feel it is time to change things in my life - so much to my experience and motivation... :)
I speak German better than English and some Spanish from the past - good 10 years ago I had a diving school in Tenerife for 2 years.
At the moment I am quite flexible in my job in Budapest and I could spend onboard approximately 2-3 weeks at a stretch, meanwhile look forward to joining your crew.

Finally I agree with Mark Twain’s words that 20 years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you did not do than by the ones you did. So, throw off the bow lines, sail away from the safe harbour, catch the trade wind in your sails!
