Looking for Delivery or crew passage to Carribean BVI.
Hi. I am a commercial yacht master . Currently running my own boat , which has become a very successful charter business in the Balearic islands. I am also a fully qualified mechanical and electrical engineer working with several companies around the marina where I have been based this summer . Our season will end in a few weeks .
After Christmas I am looking to travel to BVI for the early part of 2020. I have been sailing for 23 years and in my capacity as engineer have rebuilt boats . Upgraded engine packages rewired or replaced most electrical systems . I am very competent with modern electronics having lectured on the latest CAN data systems as used in NMEA 2000 data sharing systems. All my experience is with power boats but would like to learn more about sail. I would like to find a vessel that could make use of my skills and the skills of my first officer who is a yachting champion and very capable sailor.
