Looking to gain experience as a Novice Crew Member
Retired 62 year old, fit, active, and spend a lot of time outdoors in Virginia (sport motorcycles, camping, bicycling). Flexible and social at a personal level, I have travelled extensively outside the U.S. over the past 30 years for my career and as a hobby--I am very comfortable with all cultures and lifestyles.
Recently completed the ASA 101 and 103 courses and am now looking to log miles and gain practical experience so I can move on to ASA 104 Bareboat Cruising certification. Ultimate plan is to purchase a 32--38 footer for near shore and weekend cruising along the Atlantic seaboard sometime in 2021 or 2022.
Able to travel anywhere for multi-week opportunities; can contribute financially to cover costs as appropriate.
