Looking for a Competent Crew, Deckhand or Delivery Crew.
Hey there, I am Matt, I am a fit and (reasonably) young Australian looking to fulfil a dream to sail the world's oceans. Looking to gain some more invaluable experience so that I can eventually buy my own vessel. I have been involved with club racing (38' keelboat) in bass straight for a few years with several longer passages under my belt (I have recently completed a 5 day passage on a 65' Swan from Brisbane to Airlie Beach and a 10 day passage on a 46' Catamaran from Pittwater to Apollo Bay). I am experienced with (and enjoy) night watches. I have sailing references available upon request. I am pretty easy going, enjoy a good laugh and am a very quick learner. I am structural engineer by profession but am spending more time focused on entrepreneurship nowadays. I am also quite well travelled (mostly on land/coastal based) but the plan is to take the adventure to the ocean.
