Looking for a Novice Crew, Voluntary work, Dive Instructor or Diver position

First a bit about myself. I'm from Belgium, 25 years. I'm an easy person to live with, very friendly. Always positive and smiling, even singing, I bring this positive attitude wherever I go. I'm a fast learner, always keen on learning new skills, useful or not :D
Coming from a numbered family I'm use to share and compromise for everybody's happiness! If conflict happen, I know that talking about it is the best way to solve it.
I started traveling 2 years ago. On the way, I became a dive instructor. Now that I know the underwater world, I'd like to know better how to travel on the surface of it.
I'm looking for any chance to learn how to sail. At the moment I'm currently in Canada, but I can move around to join the perfect crew. I don't have a big budget but I'm willing to share expenses.
