Looking for a sole chef, crew chef, 2nd position, seasonal or permanent.
After twenty years in restaurants I decides ti change direction and try to work on yachts. This summer I had my first season on a 34 mt and then, continued in october for another three months in a 40 my. I am not afraid of hard working and challenges. I am a precise and respectful person; in the kitchen I love cleanliness and order. I have extensive experience with healty and Mediterranean cuisine, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I am also an expert pizza chef and baker.
