I'm looking for a full command position on a sailing yacht, worldwide, private or charter, rotational or permanent. I'm open to the largest vessel my ticket and experience can support, and to programmes with a demanding itinerary.
Background:
• 50,000+ NM — Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic, SE Asia. 4 Atlantic crossings.
• Arctic expedition, Norway to Greenland to Iceland.
• Three seasons with The Moorings, British Virgin Islands; 30+ charter weeks per season, 100% five-star guest ratings, incident-free.
• Command of monohulls and catamarans, 34–70 ft.
• Chief Officer / Safety Officer, 720 GT / 184 ft M/Y NGO patrol vessel, West Africa; crews of up to 35. Commercial safety and ISM standards I apply on sailing yachts.
• RYA Instructor; 500+ international students trained to Yachtmaster level.
Master 200 GT · RYA Yachtmaster Offshore · STCW · ENG1 valid.
My focus is on permanent or rotational command positions rather than deliveries or short-term crewing.
