Looking for voluntary work, Laundry or Stew/Deck position, paid position, sail experience

I am Daniela (34) from Berlin and traveling since 4 years around the world..! Currently I am traveling with my partner Tim (40) through Nicaragua. I’d love to get more expierence in sailing. While I was traveling Australia I was living on a catamaran. I mainly did maintenace work like painting, sanding and cleaning. I am a disability support worker and my partner is a high school teacher. We speak German, English and Spanish. We are looking for a sailing trip around the Caribbean or a paid position like maintanace work, steward on a boat around the Caribbean. We are both fun person, loving new adventures, good in cooking and fast learner also handy persons.
