Looking for a Competent Crew, Novice Crew or Mile building position
Hi - I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent or Novice Crew or Mile building. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I am looking for sailing opportunities, shorter and longer passages, open ocean or coastal.
My experiences:
- Atlantic crossing (crew) on a 47 ft monohull sailing boat and a 112 ft monohull sailing boat
- Caribbean sailing (crew) on a 33 ft monohull sailing boat (Antigua to Bermuda)
- 19 years of sailing (captain) in the Baltic Sea on my own 31 ft monohull sailing boat
- VHF/SRC certified
- CPR certified
I am 52 years old, love sailing which is my passion since 19 years on my Hanse 312 and also as a crew on bigger yachts.
As a person I am easy going, practical, talkative and like to ge to know new people. Some say I have a good sense of humor, which can be useful during long sailing passages.
