1- Strong background in water sports Instruction for more than 10 years.
2- Experience as a skipper and deckhand  24m/78ft sailboat.3- Tender driving experience on rescue, tow sports and clients transportation.4- Looking for a long career and commitment. My goal: Chief Officer in 4-5 years.
5- I count with 3 years experience leading a 10 person team.

        My goals, in the short term is to work for 2 years on a busy vessel providing and proving my best work/experience and being able to learn new skills from my coworkers. In the long term, it is to escalate to Bosun in 2-3 years and Chief Officer in 4-5 years being able to lead a crew and make sure the vessel works properly.

     I am an easy going person, funny when we can afford fun time, but really committed to a job well done and being professional with the opportunities that arrive. I am always ready to give my best and learn from every person on my team.
