Looking for a Voluntary work, Novice Crew or Dive Instructor position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work, Novice Crew or Dive Instructor. I'm currently based in northland and would love to meet up with anyone around the area. I have worked on dive boats for the last few years but I have minimal experience when it comes to sailing boats, so I would be keen to learn more.
