Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Mile building or Voluntary work position

Just joined crewbay Nov 2020.
My partner Graham and I are looking to sail as much as possible . He is a 56 YO experienced sailor retired and me a 50 YO currently on leave as a paramedic ,and is new to sailing 2020 but we both sail twice a week in social racing on both catamarans and monohulls ..We are both very active outdoors people who fell in love at a rowing event last year in Paris before participating in a rowing event in the south of France (206 km riwing down the Canal du midi ) Ultimately we would like to sail all over the world , meet new people and share awesome adventures.
