Looking for a Deckhand, Delivery Crew, Competent Crew or Racing position

Hi - I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand, Delivery Crew, Competent Crew or Captain. Hardworking, eye for details and ready to start immediately. I have experience as a skipper/captain on charter boats up to 65 feet in Adriatic and Caribbean region.
I am also a kiteboarding instructor with 6 seasons of work behind me with great tender skills, rope handling, moooring, watch keeping and anchoring.
