Looking for a Novice Crew position

Hi, I've just joined Crewbay! I'm interested in finding a boat passage across the Atlantic from Italy (or Europe in general) to Florida USA this winter (Nov-Dec). I am willing to work hard and want to gain sailing experience to buy a boat myself in the future. I'm looking forward to meeting great people!
