About Me:
Calm, Adaptable, Energetic.
Mediterranean cruising experience and a love for sailing .
My sailing background includes: Offshore and coastal passages from Cyprus to RhodeIs. Island hopping through the Dodecanese and Cyclades. Exploring the Peloponnese coast. Crossings from Pylos to Sicily, Tunisia. Malta to Kalamata, mainland Greece.
I’ve lived aboard for extended periods and am fully comfortable with the rhythms of boat life whether it’s night sailing, offshore crossings, or anchoring off-grid.
I am calm under pressure, adaptable, patient, with a problem-solving approach. I have an eagerness to assist with boat projects and learn by doing.
I enjoy yoga, long hikes, snorkeling, scuba, reading, or just enjoying the simplicity of life on the water. I am sociable, but also appreciate stillness, nature, calmness.
I’m seeking long term sailing opportunities for 2027 and possibly beyond.
I hold UK and EU passports and can travel freely.

Dena joined me on a 10-day journey from Malta to Kalamata, Greece that includes a three-day passage. We never had any difficulties. What she lacks in navigation knowledge, she more than made up by an excellent attitude and her desire to learn. She was a pleasure to have on board as a crew, optimistic and reliable with a delightful nature. Dena was also always helpful and kept the boat tidy and clean. Highly recommended as a crew on any boat. I would take her at any time again as a crew.
