Looking for Friendship ~Competent Crew position
Hi All,
I am looking for sailing opportunities around the Med late summer 2024.
I am flexible and open to ideas, locations, and time frames.
My sailing experience has been sailing from Cyprus to Rhodes. Island hopping around the Dodecanese and Cyclades onto the Peloponnese Region. Crossing the Ionian from Pylos to Siracus, Sicily, then sailing from Licarta, crossing to Tunisia.
Malta crossing to Pylos, then sailing to Kalamata..
I have extensive knowledge of living aboard, night-day sailing, island hopping, challenging weather conditions, sailing under pressure, living at anchor, provisioning, living off the grid, and the beauty of living freely.
My desire is to gain more experience in sailing, navigation, living light, and connecting with like-minded people.
I am calm, free-spirited, adaptable, patient, a problem solver, curious, and energetic. I am social, yet I also enjoy tranquility. I enjoy scuba diving, Snorkeling, yoga, reading, sunsets, sunrise, traveling and exploring.
I hold dual nationality. UK and European.
I am able to travel freely with no restrictions.

Dena joined me on a 10-day journey from Malta to Kalamata, Greece that includes a three-day passage. We never had any difficulties. What she lacks in navigation knowledge, she more than made up by an excellent attitude and her desire to learn. She was a pleasure to have on board as a crew, optimistic and reliable with a delightful nature. Dena was also always helpful and kept the boat tidy and clean. Highly recommended as a crew on any boat. I would take her at any time again as a crew.
