Looking for an unforgettable sailing experience!
Hi there!
I'm Weronika (from Poland), I have been living away from my country for the last 15 years and I love travelling. My partner (from Italy) and I have been living in Australia since 2019. I'm an ESL (English as a second language) teacher since 2015 and I love learning languages myself. I've started working for myself a couple of years ago as well as teaching online for a school. I can speak Polish, English, Spanish, get by in Italian and I've started learning Portuguese too. I'm a creative person, who also enjoys taking photographs (and editing them), drawing and creating content on Canva (to upkeep Instagram for business).
Together with my partner, we are looking for a sailing experience before heading to Europe. We have been together for 10 years and travelled for the last 5. We have been helping out on the sailing boats a few times (around 10/15), however, these were mainly for day excursions. We still have little sailing knowledge but we are very keen to learn and hopefully have our sailing boat in the future.
We both love the ocean and spending time out at sea. We enjoy cooking, especially for others, sharing a glass of wine, listening and telling stories from our travels. We are very easy going and we don't like to complain, in fact, we are not very keen on people who complain about futile issues. We are used to travelling on a budget and we are both hard workers. We like a clean and organised environment. We are willing to learn the ropes and be useful on your boat as well as make nice company and become good friends. We love to meet people from other cultures, visit less known places and explore interesting parts of the world. We like to be environmentally friendly, recycle when we can and keep our oceans clean. I also love animals, snorkelling and spending time surrounded by nature. I'm good with children and don't mind looking after them. I don't mind fishing either! :)
