Hello everyone, my name is Zeno. I am looking to continue sailing and learning.
I grew up in Milan and after finishing my studies in Philosophy of Science I realized that city life wasn't for me. In mid-2019 I started traveling all Europe, and then, after a period working as a mechanic in Pantelleria, by pure chance, I encountered the world of sailing.
Struck by this discovery I have spent the last 5 years improving my technical knowledge and navigation skills.
I have gained experience on several boats, monohulls and catamarans. boarded as crew/mechanic and then as skipper. With numerous transfers I had the opportunity to sail, both in summer and winter, at night and day, in the Med and in the Ocean.
Over time, my profile is increasingly oriented towards obtaining RYA commercial qualifications. Beside this, I have always pursued my passion for fixing and restoring boats. I have always been fascinated by the technical side of things.
That said, I like people, in general. And I never refuse a beer or a glass of wine: a good crew is important, maybe more than the destination. Always keen to do my part in creating a good environment.
I'm always available for a chat or a call about some problem to solve.
