Looking for a Friendship, Novice Crew or Voluntary work position
Hi guys!
My name is Friso, I am 19 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I just graduated high school and now I'm on a gap year. I have a video production company and I am also creating videos on youtube. Later this year I will climb Kilimanjaro for this but first I want to fulfill another dream.
For one of my videos I want to find out if it is possible to hitchhike across the Atlantic ocean on a sailboat. So I will document the entire trip. I can board anywhere in Europe and the final destination doesn't matter as long as it's on the other side of the ocean. In addition, I will be available for the next 6 months.
I have no experience sailing at sea yet. I have always sailed on a French Laser and regularly on larger boats on inland waterways. So I definitely have the feeling for sailing!
I will make myself very useful as a crew. This way I can cook and do chores on board. I’m also very motivated to learn how to sail on the ocean. I’m always very positive, enthusiastic and hard working.
