Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building. And will be ready to leave the land in January and am interested in sailing to anyplace I've never been and particularly places so remote I don't even know how to pronounce them!!.
I am a capable first mate and will always do as the captain deems necessary to stay safe. Can do watches and have never been seasick sick even when everyone around me is..Lived on a boat in Florida and have sailed quite a bit over the last 20 years. Would love to be island hopping in warm weather soon and for the next year or 2 or 10 or as long as things are working well for everyone.. I do yoga and meditation am a certified diver and great in the water. I truly enjoy being helpful with boat projects and love the interdependence in relationships that sailing creates when you have to work together to survive. I would also love to circumnavigate if that would be possible.
