Nice hitchhiker

Friendly, talkative but lacks general boating knowledge with no attempt to learn our boat in the two weeks on it. Unable to raise or lower anchor or turn on instruments or even anchor light. Did not ask questions in order to learn. No basic knowledge of deep water fishing. On the phone using internet much of the day, everyday, No offer to pay for provisions ever and ate as much as me and my spouse together. Did not have chance to teach him how to navigate or use our instruments since he was on the front of boat napping or sunbathing. We were more than happy when he "jumped ship" at the marina to join another boat when we had some work that needed done. "Chatty hitchhiker" is how others at the marina described him.
