Looking for position as a Novice Crew, Teacher, Boat sitter or Voluntary work position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Teacher, Boat sitter or Voluntary work. I started sailing the 17th of January from Fort Lauderdale towards US Virgin Islands but we has some issues with the autopilot and bad weather which made it almost impossible to steer for 2 days straight. Therefore, I am currently in Dominican Republic and heading towards Antigua and Barbuda at the beginning of February. I am trying to get to Aruba before the 15th of March, If possible.
