Looking for a Novice Crew position
Hi, my name is Libby Shearer. I am a motivated, hard worker looking to grow my skills and take on a new adventure.
I work full-time in Marketing in New Zealand, specializing in digital/influencer/social media marketing, and spend my free time playing the guitar and traveling New Zealand and the rest of the world when I can, spending time in Thailand, Australia, Bali, and the USA in 2024. I have experience sailing recreationally within New Zealand and have spent many nights on the water. I am a fast learner and am no stranger to hard work, regularly working 12-14 hour days in my marketing role. I am independent, proactive, and work well autonomously but I also love working in a team. I have spent time as a guitar teacher and volunteering in an orphanage in Fiji and can relate and connect to people from all walks of life and experience.
I am motivated and will work hard, learn fast, and am excited to put in the hours to grow my skills. I am committed to living a life full of new experiences and constant learning and am always happy to share my skill set and career experience with others.
