Newbie looking for sailing knowledge

Hi I’m Liwia from Germany.
I always wished to learn how to sail. Currently I’m hitchhiking around Europe but I feel like it’s really time to leave the roads and get on a boat.
I’m in Belgium right now and would like to go back to Germany, preferably by boat. Any sailing experience I could make on the way, so Belgium Netherlands etc. would be really appreciated.
