Looking for opportunities to follow a dream!
Hi - my name is Sam, I'm a 25 year old backpacker who has been travelling for the last 3 years. I'm currently chasing down a dream of living on the seas and developing my existing skills on the water. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand or skipper. I have around 160 nautical miles under my belt whilst training with Sailweek Academy in Croatia and am currently studying to get my day skipper licence in the UK (finances dependent!).
I’m currently based in the UK and am happy to travel globally for the right position. I pride myself on professional conduct, my work ethic, meeting new people and learning new things. It's challenging to get a whole personality across on such a short advert, but I'm willing to wager I'd be an asset to a crew with an outgoing, positive demeanour and an ability to work hard for extended periods of time.
