Looking for unpaid crew positions in 2025

Early retirement while I can still enjoy it. Held a USCG OUPV license for 10 years as captain of a dive boat. Advanced diver certs, Engineer that can design or fix just about anything when needed. Zero sailing experience, but a quick learner and as an engineer, I already understand force distributions, drag, etc. Looking to get some sailing experience before I buy my own cat and head off into the pacific.
