Best Boss Ever

I had the pleasure to work for Jeff as we took delivery of his new boat and sailed it up the coast of Italy. Jeff excels at clearly communicating the tasks and expectations in an assertive yet polite manner. He treats his crew like family and encourages a relaxed atmosphere on board. He is a great team player and doesn't shy away from contributing to all the tasks at hand, and an overall fair and reliable person. Thank you, Jeff, for trusting me with your vessel.
