  • Boat descriptionFor a little boat there is a lot jammed in to it. So a cranky watermaker, a volvo penta...when ever i mention it money seems to evaporate from my account. Hydrovane (George) Big white triangle shaped things, A switlic OPR life raft EPIRB or two plus you get issued with an ocean Signal MOB and PLB while with the boat preferably. 2 X VHF a fixed one downstairs and a hand heldd which is what I use the most. AIS, Radar, Iridium go, Even a air horn. DC to DC charger plenty of solar which birds like to sit on and shit all over. Fishing gear if you like that. There is a spinnaker but it hasn't got a sock on it. Two burner gas stove USB ports all over the place downstairs instruments, Depth, Auto Helm, two wind speed / direction one coarse one fine and a chart plotter. There is a third wind speed instrument downstairs for when you are hove too and don't want to look in case you scare yourself. All I know is it goes up to fifty three on the speed bit. Big old Mantus anchor a very beat up Achillies tender which will be replaced, a suzuki outboard. Two showers one inside the other in the cockpit. Bum gun for those familiar with said item but an old manual pump out toilet so you really get to know yourself. Enough spare parts to fill a bazaar but going through Indonesia, you just can't get stuff. It's a boat they have all sorts of things in them, so boat fridge built in and a Engles fridge used as a freezer Food, water a subwoofer and speakers (Bose) Now she is an ocean boat, had a great time in the southern ocean and when it's blowing she can get along at quite a good speed for her size. Normal 24 hour average is 130 nm per 24 hours or 5 knots average speed. The cockpit is small so it's two people comfortably. Yes it's an older design and make sure you close all the through hulls as when shes cranking if the through hulls are open for the sinks you can have an unexpected water feature. The actual deck head at the base of the mast is as high as say a Benniteau deck height while the mast is within 2 meters of the mast on a bendy toe 40 a big stick on a little boat built like a brick dunny.
