Boat descriptionMalaika is 49+ ft LOA with a 13 ft beam. She is very spacious and seaworthy. I have made many offshore passages up to 7 days, occasionally in rough conditions, and never worried about her strength or safety.

Awesome trip!!
I sailed from Columbia to Bahamas with Scott and his awesome dogs!! Got to sail a ton and learn a lot. Had the time of my life!!! Scott is very safe and calculated and has a very sea worthy boat that’s very nice inside. I would highly recommend sailing with Scott he is an awesome guy you will have the time of your life!! Good times on Malaika
I really enjoyed my time with Scott on his boat Malaika, what a cool boat and crew! We sailed together for a long time and stopped in some amazing anchorages on the way to Panama. I learned plenty of new skills, discovered nice islands and free dove with him to do some pretty cool fishing sessions. The boat is comfortable and Scott has a lot of knowledges. Dogs are super nice and friendly! Give it a try!

Great trip
